Our wheels are wearing out.
We rely on one vehicle to get residents to appointments, church, counselling, and errands. It is now nearing 400,000 km and repair costs are climbing fast. A dependable SUV or van with room for 8 or more would keep our residents safe and our program moving.
From nearby farms and growers
Farm-fresh food stretches every dollar.
We feed six residents and two staff members, three meals a day. Donations of beef, pork, poultry, garden produce, eggs, and fruit from local farms directly lower our grocery bill and let us put more resources toward counselling and care.
